    On December 8, 1941, photography in the ghetto was curtailed: photographers were allowed to take pictures only on "official" occasions. In this montage, Ross humorously represents his colleagues' clandestine activity. In the background, you see a warning sign for "permission", which the photographers needed to obtain when leaving the premises.
